Your programming is built entirely around your goals and needs. We offer tracks ranging from fully independent programming to high-touch hybrid coaching (in-person and online, San Diego only). Every track provides a structured plan and ongoing access to coaching support, ensuring you have a direct line of communication to keep you moving forward

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING

After an initial video consultation (in-person only in San Diego). You receive a training track built for your unique background and goals. Athletes get progression models to peak for their sport. Everyday people get a structured routine that fits into a busy work week.

MOVEMENT ANALYSIS

If you need feedback you can send videos of your workout. This allows me to analyze your mechanics and positions. You get clear feedback to maximize your performance and keep your body safe.

ADAPTIVE SUPPORT

Whether you need deep-dive weekly check-ins or quick, text-based adjustments to keep your routine on track, we adjust your program as life happens. You have a direct line to text me at any time, ensuring you stay consistent and never hit a plateau.


ABOUT ME

Over the last eight years, I’ve trained high school athletes and total beginners to older adults through injury recovery. After navigating my own challenges with weight and mental health, I learned that exercise is far more than a physical pursuit; it’s a tool for a better quality of life. My goal at Grateful Strength & Wellness is to share the knowledge and techniques I’ve gathered to help you build a body that isn't just strong, but capable of keeping up with everything life throws your way.
